Dark reaction is also known as Kelvin cycle(light independent reaction)
It is the part of photosynthesis. dark reaction doesn't require direct energy of sunlight that's why it is called light independent reaction.
Dark reaction completes in three steps.
1.carbon fixation
2.reduction
3.regeneration of RuBP
Overall in a single dark reaction fixation of three co2 molecules occurs.
The products of light reaction are used in the dark reaction.
6 molecules are formed as a result of single dark reaction ,out of these six molecules one is used in making glucose molecule and the remaining 5 molecules are recycled to regenerate 3 molecules of five carbons RuBP .
As glucose is 6 carbon compound that's why for the production of one glucose molecule ,two dark reactions occur.
