ENDOSMOSIS
IN RAISINS:
in raisins due to endosmosis it enters the vacuole as cell sap.the vacuole becomes full with cell sap and exerts turgor pressure on the cell wall.this causes the cells of the seed to enlarge and eventually the seed enlarges.
EXOSMOSIS:
when the raisins are kept in a solvent which has more solvent (hypertonic)that itself, as osmosis takes place from higher to lower concentration of water, the water which is more concentrated in the seed moves out from the raisins and goes into the solution..this is exosmosis..the seed has plasmolysed cells
and I'm not sure abt eggs..SORRY
