Sugarcane is processed in 7 steps:

The processes of Sugar:

  1. Harvesting
  2. Washing and Initial Preparation
  3. Juice Extraction
  4. Purification of Juice
  5. Crystallization
  6. Centrifugation
  7. Drying and Packaging

 { \red{ \bf{   Harvesting:}}}

This is the first step by which the sugarcane is harvested and waste materials are left over.

 { \red{ \bf{  Washing \: and\: Initial \:Preparation: }}}

In this process the sugarcane is washed and cleaned.

In this the cane is put under pressure and the juice is extracted.

It is the process in which the purified juice is crystallized and sugar blocks are made.

 { \red{ \bf{  Centrifugation: }}}

Centrifugation is a technique used for the separation of particles from a solution according to their size, shape, density, viscosity of the medium and rotor speed.
