as we are multiplying negatives the answer will be positive but for the question will it be odd it will always be odd because        even nos are called even because they are a multiple of 2 and odd nos are not multiples of two

so when you prime factorise odd nos they will not have 2 in them as we know for a number to be even we need 2 which will never be there in odd nos

so the answer is b)positive
