Dear Mr Rajeev

We are pleased to inform you that you can do your mini project with us during the above mentioned period. You are expected to be in the premises from 9 am to 6 pm with two 15-minute tea breaks and a half an hour lunch break. You will be considered as a project trainee and will report to the Training Manager Mr Easwar Nath.

Kindly bring a copy of this letter with you when you report for your project. Let us know your confirmation as soon as you receive this letter.
