General Introduction
Most birds construct a nest to hold the eggs and shelter their young ones. Many
ground nesting birds are content with a simple scrape in the earth. Among sma
birds, nests range from fibrous and cobwebs to domed structure of twigs and grass.
The expertise of tailor birds and weave birds are well known.
