Asexual reproduction is such a reproduction in which only one single parent is involved.Asexual reproduction can be done by fragmentation, spore formation, budding, vegetatve propagation, grafting ,cutting, binary fission, multiple fission

Fragmentation-In an alga a single parent call divides into new cells. This is called fragmentation

Spore formation-In a parent, the spore is stored in sporangium,When sporangium bursts the spores releases giving rise to new cells .This is called spore formation.

Budding-In a yeast there are outer growing like structure called protuberance. When protuberance matures it breaks free and becomes independent releasing into new cells. This process is called budding.

Vegetative propagation-When a plant reproduces through root, stem, leaves etc the process is vegetative propagation

Grafting-When we take two parts of the plant and cover it with a tape, they join together by division of cells and gives rise to new plant,it is called grafting

Cutting-When we cut a part of the plant , it grows into a new plant. This process is called cutting

Binary fission-When one parent cell divides into two cells by division of neucleus and cytoplasm, the process is binary fission

Multiple fission-A parent cell divides into many cell within cyst. When the cyst breaks into many cells it gives rise to new cells. This process is called multiple fission
