A consumer is a person who consumes  or uses any goods and services.Consumer exploited in the market. They respond to advertisements and buy goods. Right and duties of the consumer :

Rights:

1. Right to protect against hazardous goods

2. Right to information  about price , quality.

3. Right to choice of goods and services.

4. Right to consumer education.

Duties:

1. Get a bill for every product and warranty card.

2. Check the ISI mark  or its purity.

3. Make  consumer awareness group.

4. Make a complaint on any grievances.

5. Consumer have to know how to use there rights.
