Primary data primary Data: data obtained researchers directly. There are various ways to collect primary data.
-> a. Survey Methods I.e. collection of data by means of menginterview people-people/consumers in limited quantities (sample) chosen from a group of people.
-> b. Experimental Method this method aims to find causal relations by eliminating the description – a description that is contrary to the results of the observation. This experiment can be done in the lab or in the field. For example: we are selling the same stuff, but we improve pembungkusnya.
