PROJECT WORK CLASS X (2019-20) Social Science
1. Every student has to compulsorily undertake any one project on the following topics:
Consumer Awareness
OR
Social Issues
OR
Sustainable Development
2. Objective: The overall objective of the project work is to help students gain an insight and pragmatic understanding of the theme and see all the Social Science disciplines from interdisciplinary perspective. It should also help in enhancing the Life Skills of the students.
Students are expected to apply the Social Science concepts that they have learnt over the years in order to prepare the project report.
If required, students may go out for collecting data and use different primary and secondary resources to prepare the project. If possible, various forms of art may be integrated in the project work.
3. The distribution of marks over different aspects relating to Project Work is as follows:
GUIDELINES FOR PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF PROJECT REPORT
Following essentials are required to be fulfilled for preparation and submission of project report:
1. The total length of the project report will be 15 – 20 pages if typed and more number of pages.
2. The project report will be handwritten and credit will be awarded to original drawings, illustrations and creative use of materials.
3. Complete project can be submitted in handwritten or typed format in spiral or standard

4. The project report will be developed in this sequence:
• Cover page showing project title, student information, school and year
• List of contents
• Acknowledgements and preface (acknowledging the institution; offices and libraries visited
and persons who have helped)
• Introduction
• Chapters with suitable headings
• Conclusions (summary and suggestions or findings, future scope of study)
• Bibliography
• All the photographs and sketches needs to be labelled as per the theme
• Appendix (if needed)
• Teacher’s report
• At the completion of the evaluation of the project, it will be punched in the centre so that the report cannot be reused but is available for reference only.
The project report will be sent to CBSE after evaluation.

And etc....... more..........

For these all topics don't search in net or other platform instead search in near your hometown, because like these problems there are many other lots of problems are there in our world.......................... So find what problem ur surrounding has and write based on it............
