Answer 1 - It is observed that students nowadays are more interested and engaged with computer and mobile games. They are not interested in playing outdoor games. We have to make them understand the harms of getting addicted to the gadgets. It is seen that students are getting obese in early stages of their life. This is due to lack of physical activity. Indoor games and gadgets confine them to their home. Because of playing only with gadgets their eye sight is getting negatively affected.We have to motivate them by giving real life examples like Sakshi Malik, Ussain Bolt, Virat Kohli, Sachin Tendulkar and others. These examples will motivate them to get interested in outdoor games. We can also make them understand regarding benefits of outdoor games for great health. The students that are involved in outdoor activities are more fit and able to perform well in all dimensions of life.
Answer 2 - They can start by brisk walk in the morning. Then playing football or cricket. They can also start participating in athletic games. They can start doing in activities like running a marathon. Adopting any physical activity would make them understand benefits of healthy diet and exercise and they will become fit. Doing exercise release endorphin in the body.This leads to stress relief and uplifting of mood. Once they understand the importance of health and fitness they will get addicted to it and never roll back to unhealthy life style.
