No it can't end with digit 0 .
It is because of the uniqueness of the fundamental theorem of arithmetic that the number which will end with digit 0 must have its prime factorization as 2^n • 5^m.
Hence 6^n can never end with digit 0 because it's factorization is 2^n • 3^n only.
