  • Wavelength - It is defined as the distance b/w two consecutive trough and crest .
  • Frequency - The number of waves passing through a point in one second
  • Amplitude - The height of the wave
  • Period - Time taken by the wave to pass through one point .
  • Anything that reflects , retracts , interferes and diffracts is considered as the wave
