The main purpose of this is to mitigate human loss.
It includes development of information technology system;assessment of disaster and issuance of warning and to the people through media, radio etc.
Transporting the people in a safe place;mobilization of resource for necessary action in case of disaster occurrence etc.

Properties of Pre-disaster management:
The disaster management is required at the time of the pre-during and post disaster to avoid the impact of the disaster. This is called the Disaster Risk Management. There are three parts in the disaster Risk Management, which is known as Disaster Management Cycle. There are six stages are there in this cycle i.e prevention, preparedness, response, mitigation, recovery and reconstruction.
In this stages prevention, mitigation, preparedness, response includes the pre management of the human property losses can be caused by the disaster and Recovery and Reconstruction is the steps after the disaster to rescue the people from the disaster.
