Hello!
e = m {c}^{2}
Given By Albert Einstein In the Nineteenth Century . It is one of the Most Remarkable Concept Given By Sir.

It is Possible Theoretically but not Practically . This Concept is Used to Make Nuclear Bombs . Einstein didn't too was able to Prove this . It's a Imaginative Formula Given by Him.

Yet , You Will Find Many Proves of this. Like One is on the Sheet. According to Newton's Law. But According to Me it's Totally Wrong .

So, At Last I would like to say It Has no Proof in Practical . Of Course not Till 500 Years . But Will be Possible. Not Proved by Einstein Himself . But Done in this Theoretical Mind.

Hope You like the Answer.
If I have still not Covered Any Part then please Feel free to Comment.
Thank You ☺

 \huge{ \mathfrak{here \: is \: answer}}

pls see in pic

in this famous equation

e is energy

m is mass

and c ^2 is speed of light

using this equation

Einstein showed the relationship between the mass and energy.

and according to the theory of relativity

nothing can travel higher than the speed of light.

which values 299729458m/s

 \huge \boxed{ \boxed{ \green{hope \: it \: helps}}}
