In angle AOB and angle COD

AB = CD ( property of a parallelogram) angle CDO =angle ABO (alternate angles)

angle DCO = angle BAO (alternate angles) angle AOB= angle COD (ASA)

Hence, OA=OC and OB=OD I.e., OD I. e., the diagonal AC and BD bisect each other at O.
