Let's take LHS

\dfrac{1-cosA}{1+CosA}

\dfrac{1-CosA}{1+CosA} × \dfrac{1-CosA}{1-CosA}

\dfrac{(1-CosA)²}{1-Cos²A}

\dfrac{(1-CosA)²}{Sin²A}

⇒(cosecA-CotA)²

⇒(cotA-CosecA)² = RHS

hence proved
