The low pressure condition over North Western India slowly get transferred into bay of Bengal by early November. The occurrence of cyclonic depression is the result of the shift. The tropical cyclone move westwards towards east coast of India and cause heavy rainfall there. These cyclone are very destructive and cause great damage to life and property. most of winter rain along the east coast of India is caused by these cyclones.
