prove that 2+3√5 is an irrational
number OR show that √7 is an

it is against our assumptions and hence it is proved that √7 is irrational. Above it is clearly proved that √2 , √3 , √5 and √7 are irrational. "The sum of irrational numbers will always be irrational. " hence it is proved that the sum of √2 , √3 , √5 and √7 will be an irrational number.

let us assume that √7 be rational. thus q and p have a common factor 7. as our assumsion p & q are co prime but it has a common factor. So that √7 is an irrational.
