To prove √2 × √3 = √6

√2 ×√3 = √6 = a/b

√2 ×√3=√6 - a/b

√2×√3 = √6a/b

√2 = 6a/3b

√2 = 2a/1b

√2 = 2a/b

therefore it is an irrational number
