Let 3√5 is rational number then,

3√5=a/b

send 3 to RHS then,

√5=a/3b

we know that, a/3b is rational number, but we know that √5is irrational

so, this contradicts that our assumption is wrong,

so, by this we can conclude that 3√5 is irrational
