prove that (5+3√2) is an irrational number​

Let,

Assume (5+3√2) as rational number.

5+3√2 = a/b

3√2 =a/b-5

√2 = 5a-3b/3b

→ Here rha is Rational number but LHS is irrational.

So the (5+3√2) is an irrational number.

✓Hence proved.
