your question requires logic.....

( Fir Triangle I will use Tr. )

Tr. AEB and Tr. BED, are on same base AD and b/w same parallel.

ar (Tr. aeb/) = ar(Tr. bed). _(1)

Tr. BCD and Tr. BED, are on same base BD and b/w same parallel CE.

ar(Tr. BCD) = ar (Tr. bed). _(2)

As things which are equal to same thing are equal to the one another.

Thus, ar(aeb) = ar(bed) = ar(BCD)

Hence proved,

ar(aeb) = ar(BCD)
