converse of thales (BPT) theorem :-
if in a triangle, line divides the two sides of the triangle proportionally then the line is parallel to third side.
given : a triangle ABC in which,
AD / DB = AE / EC
proof: ( in the pic)
But these r triangles having equal area and are on same base .
therefore,
DE || BC
hence the result is proved....
