∠BOC=∠BOE−∠EOC ....(2)

Adding equation 1 and 2

∠AOC+∠BOC=∠AOE+∠EOC+∠BOE−∠EOC

⇒∠AOC+∠BOC=∠AOE+∠BOE

⇒∠AOC+∠BOC=90 o  +90  o

(OE⊥AB)

⇒∠AOC+∠BOC=180  o
