Proof-

∠AOC + ∠AOD = 180   -1 (Linear pair)

∠AOC + ∠COB = 180          -2 (linear pair)

equating equation 1 and 2

∠AOC + ∠AOD = ∠AOC + ∠COB

 ∠AOD = ∠COB

Hence Proved
