HEY MATE HERE IS YOUR ANSWER

z = x - iy \: and \: z \frac{1}{3}  = p + iq
Then
 \frac{ \frac{x}{p}  +  \frac{y}{q} }{ {p}^{2}  +  {q}^{2} }  =  - 2
