The answer is very simple.......
In ABC and ADC
AB=DC(opposite sides of a parallelogram )
ANGLE BAC= Angle DCA(alternate angles )
BC=AD(opposite sides of a parallelogram )
therefore, ABC IS CONGRUENT TO ADC
THEREFORE ANGLE B = ANGLE D(C.P.C.T)
SIMILARLY, WITH Diagonal BD WE CAN PROVE THAT ANGLE A IS EQUAL TO ANGLE C
