So 1 is a product of frequency and time.

What’s curious is this: regulated or otherwise well filtered direct current (DC) is also known as 0 Hz. By definition, that would mean that there is also no period. So that would mean that 0/0=1, although there are those that would argue that anything divided by zero (even zero) is undefined.
