Hey!

sina = P/H
cosa = B/H

In right triangle ,

H^2 = P^2 + B^2 ( Pythagoras theorem)

Diving each term with H^2

H^2/H^2 = P^2/H^2 + B^2/H^2

1 = sin^2a+ cos^2 a
Hence proved
