Lets draw a triangle ABC
Extend AB to M , BC to N and AC to O.
Now,
A = 180-z
B = 180-x
C = 180-y
by Adding A,B & C
A+B+C = 180-z+180-x+180-y
= 540-(z+x+y)
= 540-(x+y+z)
We already know that adding all the exterior angles of any polygon always sums up to 360 degrees.
So,
= 540-360
= 180
Hence Proved.
