2 √15 = a/b - 8

⇒ a/b = 2 √15 + 8

⇒ a/b = 2 ( √15 + 4 )

2√15 is irrational

⇒ a can be 2 ( √15 + 4 )

and b can be 1 .

Hence a is irrational and b is rational.

Thus a/b is irrational .

Irrational = rational + irrational.

This verifies the proof.

Hey mate...

2 √15 = a/b - 8

a/b = 2 ( √15 + 4 )

2√15

is irrational value

a can be written as

2 ( √15 + 4 )

and b = 1 .

Thus a/b is irrational .

Hence proved
