Prove that
 {x}^{3} - 3 {x}^{2} - 13x + 15 \: is \: exactly \: divisible \: by {x}^{2} - 2x - 3

Nope X^3 - 3X^2 - 13X + 15 is not exactly divisible by X^2 - 2X - 3. On dividing P(X) by q(X) we get g(X).
