with centre o draw a circle.Draw PB and PA named tangents to it.Then join oA anD OB.and join op.here OB AND OA ARE RADIUS OF CIRCLE THEREFORE OA IS EQUAL TO OB.AND ANGLE A IS EQUAL TO ANGLE B AND OP IS THE COMMON SIDE.THEREFORE ACCORDING TO RHS SIMIRALITY TRIANGLE OPA IS EQUAL TO TRIANGLE OPB.SO ALL SIDE ARE EQUAL IN THOSE TRIANGLES SO PA IS EQUAL TO PB.
