KE=1/2mv2

KE=mgx

Ep=mg(h-x)

total energy

Ep+Ek=mg

mgh-mgx+mgx=mgh

if body reaches position c

v2=u2+2as

v2=2gh

total energy at c

E=Ep+Ek

=0+mgh
