We know acceleration (a) = rate of change in Velocity.

★Acceleration = Rate of change in Velocity/Time

★Since Rate of change in acceleration means that the difference in Initial Velocity(u) and Final Velocity (v)

★Since acceleration = V-u /t

★ acceleration = V-U /t or a *t = v - u

Therefore,

» V = u+at
