Prove that x^3+y^3+z^3-3xyz=1/2(x+y+z) (x-y)^2+(y-z)^2+(z-x)^2

2(3x+3y+3z -3xyz)=xyz+2x-2y+2z-2x
6x-2x+2x+6y+2y+6z-2z-6xyz-xyz
= 6x+8y+4z-7xyz
