Prove the theorem that if a transversal intersect two lines such that a pair of corresponding angle is equal then the two lines are parallel to each other​

Step by step explanation

let the two lines be m and n.

Let the two angles be a and b.

Let 5he transversal be l.

angle a =angle b........given.

angle a +angle c =180......linear pair.

angle c +angle b =180.......interior angles test.

therefore the lines are parallel by interior angles test.
