The answer to your question is very easy...
I'll send u pic in my book u see it... very simple doesn't need any proving.....
If u want to prove:....
in the pic considers tirangle ABC and DEF .
BC= EF ( BECAUSE THEY LIE IN THE SAME BASE.)
AB= DE ( THEY LIE BETWEEN SAME PARALLELS)
AC = DF ( SAME ALTITUDE)
therefore the triangles are congruent by S.S.S POSTULATE
