PROVE WHICH LAW OF MOTION:
When taking a long jump u move backward and come running forward to increase the velocity of ur body but when u r in the air ur velocity and acceleration coth become zero.
Still when u land u tend to move forwards.Explain
And prove law of motion

when taking a long jump we go backwards to get momentum which helps in making long jump. When we land we tend to move forwards because of momentum or we can say due to inertia.

Hi friend,

We move backwards to get an momentum .With that momentum we increase our velocity and tends to jump. When we moves in air our velocity and acceleration becomes zero as it reaches maximum height. After landing we tends to stop ,but due to inertia our body tends to move in the position.

This condition explains the "netwons first law of motion"(or) "law of inertia".

Law of inertia:-

The inability of a body to change its state of rest or of uniform motion by the body is known as inertia.

Hope this helped you a little!!!!
