Pulling of the spring is reversible change. Why?​

So when a spring is pulled and left it tends to come back to the position in which it was stationed originally, hence pulling the spring can be called as a reversible change. The pushing of the spring will have the same reaction as the pulling of it will have it will try to retain its original shape.
