We will use graham's law of diffusion formula :
Formula :
R₁ / R₂ = √(MM₁ / MM₂)
R = rates of the gases
MM = molecular mass of gases.
Doing the substitution we have :
224 /234 = √(x / 32)
0.95726 = √ x/32
0.95726² = x / 32
0.9134 = x / 32
x = 32 × 0.9134 = 29.23
Molar mass of the gas is 29.23
