-As,a consumer every household face this problem of choice (what to buy),(what to not)with given resources .(income).Economics teaches the household to use the limited resources in a manner such that their satisfaction is maximized .

-As,a producer every entrepreneur facing this problem of choice ,what to produce,what not with given resources.Economics teaches producer to use their resources in manner such that their profit are maximised.
