Q-1}difference between organised nad unorganised sector?

Q-2} service sector in india employs different kind of people. who are they and give examples of each?

Organised sector :
Job security
Better salary
Paid holidays
extra money for extra work

Unorganised sector :
No job security i.e the owner can ask to leave anytime he wishes
Low wages given
Holidays aren't paid and if taken the money is deducted from their salary
No extra money for extra work the work can make u work as long as he wishes

Service secyor employs people with skills as there is plenty of cheap labour available around so instead they go for skilled labour

1 the sector which enrolled as per the law of government
2 the sector has to take permission of the government before to begin it's function

3 it is also mandatory for them to pay taxes

4 it is also responsible of the institution to pay the special facilities and provide employment security for the worker

unorganised

1 there is no need for registration
2 do not completely government
3 employ do not guided by any legal provisions

4 there is no tax provisions here

5 this is no fixed time or duration for this work
6 the labourers do not receive any medical benefits or overtime benefits
