Answer:
The population pyramid represents the breakdown of the population by gender and age at a given point in time. It consists of two histograms, one for each gender (by convention, men on the left and women on the right) where the numbers are shown horizontally and the ages vertically.
There are two monsoons (or rainy seasons) in India. The summer monsoon season in India, otherwise known as the southwest monsoon, which lasts from June to September and affects the whole of India. Then the northeast or winter monsoon brings seasonal rainfall to Southeast India from October to December.
A natural disaster is a major adverse event resulting from natural processes of the Earth; examples include floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, tsunamis, storms, and other geologic processes.
Migration has both positive and negative impacts on the origin location.
Positive impacts on the origin location:-
Unemployment can reduce as there is less competition for jobs.
Less pressure on natural resources including food and water.
When migrants return, they bring new skills and knowledge.
There is less pressure on services such as education and healthcare.
Money is often sent back to family and friends (known as remittances), boosting the local economy.
Negative impacts on the origin location:-
There are fewer people to pay tax, so it could increase.
Fewer skilled migrants, as those with skills and education, tend to be the people who migrate. This is also known as brain-drain.
Brain drain could have a negative impact on economic development.
Families separated by borders.
There are often gender imbalances, as it is often males who move.
