1. The figure shows a detailed information about the atmosphere.
(i) It shows the atmospheric pressure at different regions. We may conclude that as we go higher the pressure decreases.
(ii) It shows the stretch of the different major layers of the atmosphere. The troposphere, stratosphere, mesosphere, thermoshpere and exosphere.
(iii) It shows the extention of some important layers of the atmosphere -
Ionosphere - the radioactive layer of atmosphere consisting of ions.
Ozone layer ( in the figure it is printed 'zone' by mistake) - the layer containing ozone that filters harmful U. V. rays of the sun.
