I think it is not good to eat such type of food because this food does not contain roughage which helps to clean our digestive system and constipation ,stomachache free so I suggest that to eat the food like vegetables, fruits like beans papaya, salad, banana,apple etc which helps us to clean our body if she has an interest to eat such type of food so she should it twice month and If we eat noodles regularly it helps to raise our level of cholesterol in the blood ,eating it daily also used to tied up with our intestine so it also leads to diabetes
biscuits : most of the biscuits is made up of maida which used to stop our free motion so if we want to eat biscuits I suggest her to eat wheat flour biscuits or millet biscuits
white bread : it contains only carbohydrates the high amount of it helps to attack heart disease, weight gain, diabetes
