Q.1 Read the passage and answer the questions set below:
On a beautiful summer evening a bright eyed fox happened upon picnic spot in the woods. He nosed about in the rubbish left behind the picnickers. “What ignorant people!” He sniffed in disgust. Messed paper plates, crushed bottles and paper napkins. Only humans behave in this manner. I have such a mess among us animals. These people should atleast learn something from us.’’
The fox stopped short. There was a head lying there in the grass. ‘One has even forgotten to take his head!” He muttered in surprise. The solemn serious face stared at him, its spectacles glinting in the sun. “Hello!” said the fox. “How did you lose the rest of you?” He circled around the head cautiously .Then he remarked, “Let me see what is inside the head. “He carefully turned it over and then stared obviously astonished. “Why! There’s nothing in it.’’ Cried the fox. “Yet these humans strut about, thinking they have such fine brains!”
