Answer :-

1)

Types of complex permanent tissue :-

i) Xylem :- It is vascular and mechanical tissue.

Xylem helps in the upward movement of water and dissolved minerals ( ascent of sap ) from the roots to the different parts of shoots.

Also, tracheids, vessels and xylem sclerenchyma provide mechanical support to plant.

ii) Phloem :- It is the living conducting or vascular tissue.

Phloem helps in the transportation of organic food to all parts of plant.

Also, phloem parenchyma helps in storage of food.

2)

i) Decomposers - Decomposers are those organisms which decompose the dead bodies of biotic components and release mineral present in them.

ii) Pseudopodia - Pseudopodia or false feet is the structure formed by amoeba to engulf food.

iii) Yeast - Yeast are heterotrophic , single-celled and eukaryotic microorganisms. They are classified in the fungus kingdom. It reproduces through budding.

iv) Arthropod - These are the organisms with jointed appendages. It is the largest phylum in animal kingdom. e.g. - Prawn , cockroach , scorpion , spider etc.

3) Stomata are the thin pores present on the surface of the leaf. It helps in the exchange of gases. It is surrounded by the guard cells which helps in gaseous exchange. When the CO₂ concentration in cell increases stomata opens and CO₂ is released out.

4) Spinal cord begins from medulla and extends downwards. It is enclosed by vertebral column. There are 31 pairs of nerve which arise from spinal cord. It is concerned with conductions of nerve impulses to and from the brain. Spinal cord is also concerned with spinal reflex actions.

5) Supporting tissue :- It is supportive in function. These are of 3 types -

i) Parenchyma - It provides support to the plant and helps in storage of food.

ii) Collenchyma - It provides mechancial support and elasitcity.

iii) Sclerenchyma - It is the main mechanical tissue which provides mechancial support.
