Answer:

physics, the rate of electrical energy transfer by an electrical circuit per unit time is determined by electric power. It is denoted by P measured using the SI unit one joule per second or watt.

The formula for electric power

P = VI……………………..(1)

Where

P = Electric power

V = Potential difference in the circuit

I = Electric current.

From ohms law

V = IR……………………….(2)

Substitute equation (2) in (1) we get

P = (IR)I

P = I2R……………………….(3)

From ohm’s law

I = V/R…………………………(4)

Substituting equation (4) in equation (1), we get

P = V2/R..……………………(5)

The equation (1), (3) and (5) represents the electric power, whereas IR2 does not represent the electric power.

Answer:

p = v .............. (I)

Hence, option (c) represent Power too.

V = IR .......... (ii)

From (I) and (ii)

P = I²R

P = V²/R

Hence, option (a) and (d) represent power too.

option (b) does not represent Power.
